Traceability in the assembling line

With the self developed database "a.p. DOKUSOFT" we meet the requirements for traceability of our customer BMW and the trunk lid spindle drive.The serial number of each cable harness will be scanned at every workstation in order to save data to the related cable harness.Information include:

1. work order, PCB, including checkup of the correct article number
2. housing: storage of related charge
3. cable fastener
4. motor
5. result from the end-of-line test
6. packaging number with packing list for the small load carrier
7. Link-up between package number from PPS system with packing list

The system detects missing work steps and saves information about the result of each worker (step and action).

Furthermore it checks whether a number of a cable harness is already in the system or not, „a.p. DOKUSOFT“ also prevents twice import. It is the same with the motor. It is assured, that there is only one motor soldered with one cable harness.
