Your tasks
- Sales
- advise customers
- win new customers
- create offers and invoices
- Material management and procurement
- plan and optimise production processes
- check and replenish the inventory
- request and select quotes
- check deliveries
- analyse the components
- eliminate possible faults
- Invoicing
- your tasks include the creation
- checking of invoices, booking of business transactions, calculation of costs
- keeping the financial accounts
- Human resources
- determine staff requirements, create shift plans and select applicants
- draft employment contracts and manage staff files
Your profile
- strong grades in your preuniversity qualifications (advanced technical college certificate or higher education entrance qualification)
- good grades in Mathematics, German and English
- fluent English, both spoken and written
- ideally first practical experience in the commercial sector
- initiative and sense of responsibility
- ability to work in a team
- basic computer skills
- ideally you have a driving license and a car
