Last Friday, a summer barbecue took place on our company premises, organized independently by our trainees. From planning and shopping to the barbecue itself, the trainees took on all the tasks and demonstrated team spirit, organizational skills, and commitment.
Employees and trainers enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere together in perfect summer weather. The summer barbecue not only offered delicious food, but also an opportunity for exchange and community outside of everyday work.
A big thank you to our trainees for the successful organization – we are already looking forward to the next one!
